There are two ways to use it. Brushing with the powder separately will bring you the fastest results — but if you're short on time, you can apply both together in one brushing.
Before Regular Toothpaste (Recommended): Lightly dampen your toothbrush, dip it into the Powder, and brush for 2 minutes. Rinse, then follow up by brushing again with your regular toothpaste.
Combine With Regular Toothpaste: Lightly dampen your toothbrush and dip it into the Powder. Squeeze your regular toothpaste straight over the top, then brush as normal for 2 minutes.
Use it daily for the first 14 days — that's when the heavy built-up stains and plaque start to lift. After that, twice a week is enough to maintain your results and protect against new stains from daily food and drink.

The powder is specifically for lifting stains and whitening teeth. Use them together for best results — add the powder to your toothbrush, then your regular toothpaste straight over the top.

No. Most whitening products cause sensitivity because they use peroxide to bleach the enamel. This formula doesn't contain any peroxide at all.
Instead, it uses Hydroxyapatite to remineralise and strengthen your enamel — the surface layer that, when worn down, is what exposes the nerves underneath and causes sensitivity in the first place. Strontium Chloride then forms a protective barrier over the nerve endings, and Vitamin E soothes the surrounding gum tissue.
